I was getting ready to start my skill work when Jennie said,”Staci, try a pull up without the band. You have fresh arms! I was so used to not getting it that I didn’t even realize when I did! At that time I scaled everything to 50 reps and had to do pull ups on the green band. Today I did 100 of everything and did my pullups on the blue band! A Double Under Beating. Monday, September 28, 2009. So my intention was to go to FGB IV Saturday as a cheerleader only. I couldn't resist doing the workout though. This was first workout since hurting my shoulder and since I've started getting migraines again. I was pretty sure I was going to get a migraine, but I did it anyway. My score was 154. I'm not thrilled about it, but am looking forward to doing this WOD again. About 30 minutes after the WOD, I got a totally awesome migraine and sat outside the rest of the day. Tha...

Wednesday, September 16, 2009. Working out tonight. Woo hoo! Since I've started this challenge (a week ago I think? I've lost 4.5 pounds. Yes, that .5 matters! I'm going to attempt working out tonight. So wish me luck. So yesterday for breakfast I had 3 eggs, 1/8 c of cheese, green peppers, tomatoes, onions and 2 slices of ham (I think that's about 1 oz) all scrambled together. Very yummy. Didn't eat again until much later because I took 2 naps yesterday because of not sleeping the night before.

Tuesday, September 15, 2009. Still not feeling good enough to work out. Saturday had a garage sale. For breakfast 3 eggs with mushrooms and little tiny bit of cheese and 4 slices of bacon.
