One of the reasons why I chose Ghana over other countries was for the historic slave castles. Visiting Cape Coast was a top priority of mine and I knew it had to be one of the first trips I took. Well that turned out to be a great suggestion! Coincidentally her group was traveling to Cape Coast that weekend and she invited me to come along.
