I Carried a Watermelon. Hubby’s sister from Alabama and I made the trip up together and were the first to arrive. We picked the birthday girl up and took her to lunch and to a few wineries…buying her some bottles to enjoy for herself and some to enjoy while everyone was there. Yes, she’s wearing a crown. We made her wear it all weekend and we wore plastic beads to match. Once everyone arrived, we went out to stock up on groceries and had dinner at Steak ‘n Shake. Enjoying a birthday cake milk shake.
