Don't let the perfect be the enemy of the good! Sunday, April 6, 2014. I am running my first 5k today -. With my company. It was my idea. My doing - I organized it and motivated colleagues to participate. And i just wanna chicken out. Due to a number of circumstances I basically didn't train. So I am supposed to run 5 kilometers, untrained with a bunch of colleagues today. The fear and anxiety lead up to gaining weight even - so I am at my heaviest in about a year, having to run 5 kilometers.
