Jo Blogs: December 2005
http://ojosstuff.blogspot.com/2005_12_01_archive.html
Livin' my life like it's golden, golden. Saturday, December 31, 2005. Now I just LOVE New Year's Eve, I do. Looking back I have lots of fond memories. Even the bad ones were good, I love it so much. I remember going clubbing in London, standing on Sydney Harbour watching the fireworks, having a party with friends, being at church on the stroke of midnight. Whatever form it took, New Year has always been pretty special for me. Reason one: I like parties. Posted by Jo Saxton @ 11:37 PM. Veiled in flesh the...

Jo Blogs: July 2006
http://ojosstuff.blogspot.com/2006_07_01_archive.html
Livin' my life like it's golden, golden. Saturday, July 22, 2006. So glad we've made it. Besides - how do you sum up a life changing, life defining year? Or try to explain how this 6lb 6oz bundle has grown into this bubbly, dramatic, vibrant, goofy toddler? Maybe words can't describe it. No words can communicate how much we love Tia; how much she's changed us, how we see the world, see life , see God through different eyes since she came around. In the meantime we just carry on! Friday, July 07, 2006.

Jo Blogs: February 2006
http://ojosstuff.blogspot.com/2006_02_01_archive.html
Livin' my life like it's golden, golden. Saturday, February 04, 2006. A Different Pointe of View. I don't know, but it felt strangely comfortable and comfortably strange. I think I've mentioned before that many communities here whilst very diverse aren't especially integrated. Upon the hilltop hidden away was this different point of view, and whilst it comes at a price, its worth every penny and has a soulful soundtrack. Posted by Jo Saxton @ 7:44 AM. erm...: home alone
http://helenaskew.blogspot.com/2008/07/home-alone.html
Another sporadic post from me.hey ho! I am home alone today as Ben flew off to Peru this morning with a bunch of young adults from our church. He'll be gone for 11 days which is the longest we've been apart since being married. I know some people do it quite regularly but today I have found it HARD! I expected to just carry on as usual with the things I had planned, and expected to miss him more as the week goes by, but no! And obviously I've got to look after Callum on my own. All is not gloom and doom ...

http://helenaskew.blogspot.com/2008/02/bunting-and-snow.html
This week I managed to complete something I've been trying to get finished for ages - making bunting from one of Ben's old shirts (yeah I know it looked like a horrendous shirt, but it wasn't, I've just picked out the pattern, it wasn't like that all over! Big thanks to my friend Lorna (via Becky! For the use of her sewing machine, and to Bek who taught me what to do! It's gonna go up in Callum's room once the birthday season is over in a couple of weeks. At Sunday, February 03, 2008. I love the bunting!

erm...: Callum's first picture
http://helenaskew.blogspot.com/2007/12/callums-first-picture.html
He did this today at the playgroup we go to - how cute! It now has pride of place in our kitchen. I'm sure there'll be many more to follow. In other Callum news.he's still not walking (crawling is much more 'in' don't you know), but he is beginning to make sounds that sound like actual words, including (with a bit of an optimistic parental interpretation! Dya (dylan - our cat). Woo ooo (like a train). At Monday, December 10, 2007. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). My latest favourite picture. Jo s - usa.
