2009 - St Agnes Carnival. Carnival Day 6th August 2016. Additional special prizes were awarded this year to:. Won 2nd Prize in Class 11 Adult Single Walker, and the committee presented Mrs Mortison-Fowler with a bouquet of flowers as she was our most elderly entrant (Aged 92). Very much a family man who passed away earlier this year. He is sadly missed by us all. Classes are described in more detail here. Natalia, Saskia and Paige Pascoe. Carnival Day 6th August 2016. All roads on the route will be closed to other traffic from 5.30 9.00pm. Town Square will be closed to traffic until 10.15pm. Parking for entries will be available in the Assembly field. Public parking will be available on Penwinnick Rd as indicated, by kind permission of Mr and Mrs John Shears. Carnival Day 6th August 2016. Conditions of entry are stated below:. Under 14) needs to be supervised during the procession by an adult. Any children’s groups on motor vehicles must include at least 2 supervising adults. Entrants are instructed by the police not.
