We knew this day was coming but I guess we had hoped that we would be able to put it off as long as possible. I don't think anyone can ever be truly ready for something like this. We almost made it through the trip "drama free" until we had to take a potty break and Halli slipped and fell in the only mud puddle in the whole tulip field! This year we didn't make our annual visit to the pumpkin patch as a family but the girls and I went with Halli's preschool. We went to The Farm this time and we got to go through a big hay maze and down a big slide at the end, we got to see lots of cute baby animals, and pet little baby kitties! I took her to the party store to pick her theme and after walking up and down the aisles changing her mind several times and listening to big brother tell her what was cool and what was not, she finally decided she wanted a Dora Party!
