My right foot still seems to be ok, but still having some leg cramps in the morning however. The shoulders are still hurting, but that’s to be expected since they reduced the pain medicine they give me for it, and nothing has been done yet to cure what is causing the pain. I'm into electronics, off road motorcycle riding (recreational riding in the Howqa/MtBulla, Walhalla, Kinglake National Park, Murrindindi State Forrest and Mithcell River National Park) and sailing a Cobra racing catamaran. My newfound hobby. There's only a couple of clubs on the Port Phillip Bay that cater for the Cobra, Safety Beach sailing club and the one I sail from, Parkdale Yacht Club.
