Este proyecto recupera un antiguo almacén de vinos para construir una vivienda. El volumen exterior se respeta, es decir, un prisma rectangular con una cubierta a dos aguas. El interior es un vacío dominado por un conjunto de volúmenes suspendidos. La parte funcional, es decir, distribución y escaleras se comprime en el perímetro para liberar el espacio central.
