John Lane is well known for his love of local history so it will be no surprise to discover that John has been custodian of a historical document which he believes should be available for everyone to enjoy. The document is in the form of a large but fragile scrapbook assembled in 1965 by people living in the vicinity of Stanford Bridge describing their everyday lives in essays, pictures and memorabilia.
