One rule at our house is "we don't allow salesmen into the house." I learned the hard way that they know what they're doing and we don't. This morning I went to Verizon to get my phone fixed. I ended up getting a new phone for practically NOTHING? They love to do that because it extends your contract AGAIN! We are mannipulated at every turn to buy!
