星期二, 3月 11, 2008. 我知道自己正在樹影下，那隻虎班地鶇顯然沒有察覺我的存在，欣然地佇立地上，和我保持五公尺的距離，只須憑肉眼便可以數清她身上那班駁耀眼的羽毛。我按著相機不動，心想一切輕微的動作都會令她受驚飛走。有時選擇讓一些美麗的影像銘刻在心裡，可能比看照片更好。照片放久了會褪色變淡，回憶卻總會令影像越發鮮明，光彩亮麗。 第一次可以這樣近距離地觀察一隻虎斑地鶇，和去年在榕樹澳的那次真的不可同日而語。我可以鉅細靡遺地欣賞那璀璨奪目的羽毛，雖然牠立在樹蔭下，但和那平淡灰黑的小路徑相比起來，便更顯丰姿。 天色漸趨灰暗，我走過了蜻尾溪，沒看見一尾蜻蜒或豆娘，其實我只是想四處走走看看。闊別了個多月，沿岸的溪水尚算清朗，水流是緩滯了，突露出更多石頭。自我上兩次的清理後，雖然垃圾又增多了，但情況尚可接受，我也打算在來年立春以前，再行清理一次，好迎接新的一年。我放慢腳步，緩緩走到下游華艷色蟌和黃面...我默然佇立在那塊和我等高的土牆前，有村民和工地上的人交談，埋怨那些政府部門申請費時，應該盡快將沿岸小路擴建成車道，好方便附近一帶發展。...彷彿與我無關，接著的一星期，那份英文...我帶著落漠的心情...
