Our Mission, Our Vision and People behind Us. 1991-92 Grant received from Ford Foundation in December 1991 for strengthening NGOs through HRD programmes. 1992-93 The HRD Division of SOSVA was launched with Ford Foundation support. 1993-94 Number of workshops held in 1992-93 doubled from 14 to 28 during 1993-94. 1994-95 First installment of grant received from CEBEMO. SOSVA established its own Training Institute at Yerwada in September 1995 and as a result SOSVA could organize 63 workshops during 1994-95.
