Looking Back at My Footprints in the Sand: October 2009
http://crystalymy.blogspot.com/2009_10_01_archive.html
Tuesday, October 27, 2009. Chin Tuck bought me a Burberry wallet for our anniversary. I was shocked that he did that, since he just got me a Coach bag. Also, we went to Redang and my skin is peeling because it's sunburnt. Anyway, it was fun. Plus, we both really needed quality time with each other :). We went snorkeling, and it's really sad that most, if not all the corals are dead. There are plenty of fishes though. And last week I went shopping by myself. A little me-time. I love holidays! Clothes with...

Wednesday, June 24, 2009. Yay I finally went paintball-ing! Really fun experience. Painful and scary too. hahaha. But fun nonetheless :). It would've been more fun if I didn't come back with wounds and bruises :/. Monday, June 22, 2009. Last paper @ 1430. Mission accomplished. I'm no longer a student. It feels. nostalgic. Part of me wants to be a student forever. Part of me just can't wait to start work and earn some money. It's only going to get better. Sunday, June 21, 2009. First day of winter. Hopele...

Thursday, May 28, 2009. If You Want To Be Happy, Be. I'm getting used to the lifestyle here, and if I had the money, and no other commitments back home, I don't mind staying here for awhile longer. Today I went for a "Graduation and Beyond" session organised by the student services and it was a pretty good session. (I must say, the Student Services in UQ is one of the best ever :D. Is always good. And you know what I learned today? Wednesday, May 27, 2009. The Things We Do For The People We Love. We woul...

Looking Back at My Footprints in the Sand: April 2010
http://crystalymy.blogspot.com/2010_04_01_archive.html
Tuesday, April 13, 2010. Just last week, I had to wake up early on a Saturday morning to attend a CPA tutorial. And the night before I told CT I would need coffee for me to stay awake throughout the crash course. And people wonder how we've lasted this long. It isn't hard, really. Boy it's been awhile. Been so busy with work, can't wait till my study leave starts next week. Then I'll be free for 2 weeks! Yup, 2 whole weeks! So that'll be the time to meet up with friends. And study, of course :D. Long jok...

A branch in the vine: Coming back
http://flowering-angels.blogspot.com/2011/02/coming-back.html
A branch in the vine. But as it is written, "Things which eye has not seen and ear has not heard and which have not come up in man's heart; things which God has prepared for those who love Him." 1 Cor. 2:9. Tuesday, February 22, 2011. I've not exactly made good on my promise to update my blog more regularly :P. Thanks to Annie's camera :). In between all that, was all the times I gathered with my friends just having some food (sushi or McD mostly) and chatting down at the Learning Commons. Topics wer...

A branch in the vine. But as it is written, "Things which eye has not seen and ear has not heard and which have not come up in man's heart; things which God has prepared for those who love Him." 1 Cor. 2:9. Friday, November 06, 2009. Perhaps my running away from this blog is another sign of how far I'm running from reality. Running away from questions. Running away from problems. Running away from unpleasant things. Running away from disturbing thoughts. Running away from thinking about my future. It's I...

A branch in the vine. Monday, August 16, 2010. My dad is about to wake up. From that sentence above, you should be able to surmise. That I have been staying awake, as opposed to waking up uncharacteristically early. There is no reason that I should be though (staying awake). But I am not doing any of that. Nuggets I Pick Up.

A branch in the vine. But as it is written, "Things which eye has not seen and ear has not heard and which have not come up in man's heart; things which God has prepared for those who love Him." 1 Cor. 2:9. Monday, January 17, 2011. We were asked to read some poems for our coming Literature class, and one of them particularly resonated with me. By Edna St Vincent Millay. Time does not bring relief; you all have lied. Who told me time would ease me of my pain! I miss him in the weeping of the rain;. Every...
