Where do we work? Our area of coverage spans from in the West, Watford, Bushey, Hemel Hempstead and surrounding areas and parts of north London to the South. To the north we operate in Luton and surrounding areas. To the East, Welwyn Garden City, Hertford, Hatfield and environs. We also as our name suggests cover St Albans and surrounding areas. Time | Star Inspections

How long will it take? For domestic assessments the process requires us to look at the structure of the building, heating, lighting, glazing, insulation and numerous other elements. This usually takes under one hour. More time is spent with larger dwellings and additional heating systems or those properties which are listed. For non domestic assessments, this usually takes anything up to 3 hours. This depends upon the complexity of the building, size and heating ventilation systems. Middot; Agent theme.

What are our prices? We do not charge Value Added Tax. Domestic Energy Assessments – 50. Any size dwelling (this includes report lodgement fee). Non Domestic Energy Assessments from 100 plus lodgement fee (normally 40). Prices will depend upon size of building and complexities of heating and ventilation systems. The difference in price between domestic and non domestic is reflected by the additional data collection required by us to perform the assessment procedure. Professional and friendly service.
