Saturday, October 2, 2010. Wow it's been a LONG time! So basically my whole year was being pregnant. lol. I wanted to write about it, but was in way too much fear for the majority of my pregnancy to write anything anywhere about it. There are a lot of details of the pregnancy and birth of my little girl that I probably should write down, but being a mom of a two week old, I just really don't have the time right now. The large bunny is actually ceramic. My mom bought it for me from Pier 1 this past summer. I decided he needed a baby, so I made the little guy next to him out of clay. It took about 30 minutes to make, 15 to bake and 10 to paint. It was a lot of fun! I really enjoy molding that clay. it's relaxing. Posted by Amy E.

Monday, December 14, 2009. New Camera. YEAH! This is actually the second SLR we've purchased in a month. lol. We first bought the Nikon d3000 and really liked it, but in the end decided to upgrade to the d5000. We haven't played with this one very much yet, but I know it's going to be a great camera. Plus *bonus*, it does video! We really wanted to buy this camera before we have kiddos so we can have lots of nice pretty photos in our home. Anyway, that's all for now. thanks for stopping by!

The crazy cold winter followed by a super rainy February and March has made this one of the best bluebonnet seasons in a long time. We decided (this is the "royal we" here) for family home evening to scrounge up some semi-matching clothes and head for the great outdoors to take bluebonnet pictures. Why are you taking forever? Ditto on these smiling, happy, friendly looking kids. Ahhh, brotherly love. Look! Quote of the day.
