The general framework for consent workshops is to blend group discussion with pairing participants into smaller groups to allow more quiet individuals opportunities to engage. A SASS framework is used to break down consent: Stories, Assumptions, Shoulds, and Space. This begins with opening dialogues around the stories we’ve been taught about dating, relationships, and consent. Reflecting on assumptions we may be carrying about others or assumptions other people may be making about us.
