April 28, 2009. Posted by Krystle in Motivational/Inspirational. Thin and Healthy Total Solutions. I haven’t updated for a few days and I thought this was a perfect opportunity to do so! I weighed in last night and lost 1.8 lbs since my last weigh in on April 22nd. I was pleasantly surprised, and it’s exactly what I needed to keep going! It didn’t. Know why? You give up after a few weeks/month. Been there done that and I wasn’t going to do it again! More importantly for me though, I want to feel confident.

I’m going to play around with this page, I’m not sure of the best way to display my measurements. If you have any ideas, let me know! My initial/starting measurement was on March 30th, 2009. The number in the parenthesis is my starting measurement. Measurements will occur every 2 weeks. I will be color coding it with the inches lost and date of measurement – for instance, 4/15 were the inches I lost in red, in 2 weeks it might be blue or purple, etc. Total Inches Lost since 3/30/09:. That is REALLY nice!
