Special Education Itinerant Teacher (SEIT). SEIT services provide support to preschoolers with disabilities from a special education teacher in a natural setting, such as a nursery school, day care center or the child's home. Special Class Integrated Setting (SCIS). A SCIS class is a specialized program for children with disabilities who are educated alongside their typically developing peers.
