Each of my posts will be a mix mash of the days as I will give a full report of my food/energy/weight etc for the day before (day two) but musings of my ideas for the day I post. Both days I had 13-1400 calories (my optimal is 1500 with body weight and activity level) but my week of cooked food also went a little overboard so it may have been my body being relieved from not feeling as if I needed to overeat. I am settling into a routine for food anyway – fruit salad with a nut or seed side (with salt now! I went camping and stayed raw. The camping was not the big temptation it was the getting to and from when we stopped for fast food for the kids. For last week I was 32/52/16 and I ate 83% raw – well above my goal of 75. Laquo; Day Two. July 29, 2015 by childonground. I did manage it to stay high raw throughout, though the thought did pass through my head that I wasn’t sure I knew how to be sick on raw food. Sunday I had a chocolate almond butter milkshake for breakfast with orange juice. I omitted the salt that day but now I put it in. Lunch was strawberries a raw cream and I had some mixed nuts a bit after and supper was Cashews and strawberries. Breakfast I had pumpkin seeds with sea salt, a banana and orange juice.
