Just another WordPress.com weblog. Laquo; not goin my way. Today was soooo much better but i will get right to it. Also im going to be keeping track of my weight now as well….as of today i am 175. So much better my first set was beyond rough but i got all of them. AC then yelled at me about spreading my knees harder at the bottom and after that it was cake work. Shoulder felt good and busted out my reps. Im just getting back into these and learning better form still but they felt really good.
