I'm a runner?: January 2010
http://robertrunner.blogspot.com/2010_01_01_archive.html
Documenting a typical guy that dealt with his midlife crisis by taking up running and losing 80 pounds instead of buying a sports car. Well, I didn't have the money for the sports car, so I guess it wasn't too hard of a choice. Monday, January 25, 2010. Slowly moving into the year. I have had some good runs lately, but I still need to drop 10 pounds to get down to my preferred running weight. If it doesn't start dropping a little quicker, I will head back to Weight Watchers to get my eating in control.

http://trailtofitness.blogspot.com/2011_02_01_archive.html
What started as a quest to regain my fitness before forty turned into a renewed love of the outdoors and a passion for trail running. Monday, February 14, 2011. I have run only one time since the Sultan 50K on 1/29. The one run I have had was a nice half marathon though the mountains. This run however brought to the surface a painful lower left leg injury. I have had discomfort about 2-3 inches above the ankle that started after Harbison 50K on 1/08. Thursday, February 3, 2011. After a handful of days of...

Well, I didn't have the money for the sports car, so I guess it wasn't too hard of a choice. Monday, January 4, 2010. Short as it was, I did get 2 miles in yesterday evening. It was already 32 degrees when we started, so it was pretty cold. Hoping to get in 4 miles or so today. This is going to be a cold week, so I plan on doing some cross training as well. On track so far.

http://runningwithsasquatch.blogspot.com/2010_04_01_archive.html
This is a blog of my training and races using the Vibram 5 Fingers and Nike Frees. Tuesday, April 27, 2010. Is my calf okay yet? The 15K trail run is under 1 month away.
