I love buffet breakfasts but lunch and dinner buffets are just as welcome. In Vietnam I heard that there is a buffet at the Windsor Plaza Hotel. 4th floor, 6am to 10pm. Lunch for only $10 and dinner for only $22. They show a virtual tour and it looks pretty good - click here. Windsor Plaza Hotel is located at 18 An Duong Vuong, District 5.
