scenes from a broken tower | this continent of poetry
https://stasiag.wordpress.com/2013/07/01/scenes-from-a-broken-tower
This continent of poetry. With heart, from stasia. Scenes from a broken tower. Scenes from the broken tower. A series for hart crane. Drunk scales on the slant. The choir pulls arias through the sky with a comb. The surf-sound convinces ankles they are wet. That white turret in the distance is not a lighthouse. It’s a fucking warning. A land too shallow for poets. Tonight i meet hart crane. Will i like him? He shows up carrying a sack. Leather soled step/wanky little mustache. Shadows between his legs.
from the mexican notebooks | this continent of poetry
https://stasiag.wordpress.com/2014/09/05/notes-from-the-mexican-notebooks
This continent of poetry. With heart, from stasia. From the mexican notebooks. Sing along with music. Directly to the moon. On buttery green leaves. Desert smoking a pipe of sand. The blurs between far and infinite. With ribbons of stars flying in the wind…. Candy made from rose petals. The rain’s hands faster. A jug of water. And a discoloured cloth. On a red light. Standing next to each other. Taking the same photo. The motion of sickles. At different speeds…. The day adjusting to jungle green.

This continent of poetry. With heart, from stasia. Use the verb ‘hammer’. Did it with a rose. And the petals didn’t even scatter. The rose, the rose. No one had met. Such a persistent flower. plein-air poem | this continent of poetry
https://stasiag.wordpress.com/2012/09/11/plein-air-poem
This continent of poetry. With heart, from stasia. We’re at the april vineyard. Barely vine pining along the wires. Which will eventually impose. Twisted routes on sun-reaching roads. Parade across a kimono of green grass. That spreads from the expectant rows. The lake makes a narcissist of sky. The cherry blossom peeks in from the side. Eagles and bees spy themselves in the muted navy swathe of water. I know, i know…….but monet would have loved it too. The nearness, plum and willow. September 11, 2012.
medicine | this continent of poetry
https://stasiag.wordpress.com/2012/10/17/medicine
This continent of poetry. With heart, from stasia. On two tires i ride 3 hours of rapid miles from the sea. Trade the air of subtle salt for pine scents that barely cross the road,. But then, after one more curve, Undeniable sage. A scent so much bigger than the plant’s scruffy size. Suddenly the sigh from days when i prayed more. Suddenly the feeling of dancing, the decades i felt more free. Now – a destination, lists, accelerated time, a schedule…. It speaks of night lightening and badger language.

Family Relations Musings
Weekly reflections of what I learned in my FAML 160 class. Sunday, July 15, 2012. I really liked the steps he gave us for handling discipline as a non biological parent. 1: It takes at least 2 years for "normalcy". This is patterns and traditions within this new family system. 2: Biological parent has to handle the heavy discipline for the first 2 years. 4: New couple needs to spend a lot of time counseling with each other. Sunday, July 8, 2012. Active Parenting for Teens. 4: Enforce a logical consequence.

Stasiagirl's Blog | Loveless Cafe- Peace, Love & Biscuits!
Loveless Cafe- Peace, Love and Biscuits! Getting to know Ms. Carol Fay. Ms Carol Fay started working at the Loveless Cafe in 1979, and she was only 14 years old. She was a dishwasher for the restaurant who eventually worked her way to making biscuits. I kept hearing so many sweet things about this lady that I was determined to meet her. Well, that occurrence was not far off. After many years of hard work, Ms. Carol Fay actually worked up front with me as a greeter! November 18, 2010. 8221; Loveless Cafe ...
