Hall revived a proposal first seriously considered in the 1980's. The proposal is to four lane Mississippi Highway 15 right through the center of the state from the Tennessee line to the Gulf of Mexico. Was chosen by MDOT in February of 2011. I attended the Mississippi Department of Insurance, Town Meeting in Gulfport today. For those of you who were unable to attend they have a website Insurance Department Mississippi.
