It's so fun to watch language development in kids. Sometimes I can't believe how Logan is able to pick up on a word and then use it correctly. Here's one example:. Mom, "Lex is distractin' us.". Sunday, September 23, 2012. Lexi displaying her jumping skills. Sadly, this is the only video that I could upload. The others all had some sort of error. Hmmm. First Day of Fall. This girl loved being out and getting dirty. She was FIL-THY! She has learned how to say "cheese," and this is her cheesy smile. Hiking.a little later. Yes, Garrick carried both of the kiddos for a while. Logan was playing with Lexi (give me five, on the side, etc) while Garrick carried them. A pretty classic Lexi look.

St George was a welcome change to the weeks-long-freezing-cold inversion we had been having in UT county. The sky was clear. The sun was out. It was still a bit chilly, but to us, 45 or 50 degrees was warm enough to enjoy the red rocks and do a little hiking. This guy loves to explore. This is one of my favorites. :). http://thegreatestfamilyever.blogspot.com/2011/05/so-i-guess-im-lawyer.html
Uniting members of the Greatest Family Ever (it's been scientifically proven). Monday, May 23, 2011. So I Guess I'm a Lawyer? It has been a crazy month. Anyhow, I came home thoroughly discouraged. Then one night I applied for a job as an immigration attorney in WA on a whim. The guy called me back later that night, and long story short we are now in Yakima WA. So far I really enjoy the work. Oksana is working from home, and seems to like it ok. We are both looking forward to Sunriver!
