At approximately 0726 UTC (0826 BST) this morning, one of our firewalls had an issue and crashed unexpectedly. There was a short interruption to Internet connectivity whilst the standby firewall took over, after which connectivity recovered fully. We’re still investigating the cause of the crash and will provide details in due course. 18 June, 2015. Unexpected issue during xen53 maintenance.
