Service updates, planned maintenance and outage information. Rack Maintenance: 22 Aug - 23 Aug. Status posted 4 days ago (Tuesday 11th Aug at 10:28). From 10PM BST/GMT 1 (9PM UTC) on 22 Aug we’ll be performing essential maintenance to our Manchester, UK rack space. All work should be completed by 2AM BST 23 Aug. This maintenance will involve us moving the servers still in our smaller rack space to our newer full 48U rack, but we’ll also be performing general network maintenance.

We've made some updates to our database infrastructure to reduce latency. We are monitoring for any further issues. We're investigating API query latency due to high request volume.
