ES2007S: August 2010
http://francaisparisjetaime.blogspot.com/2010_08_01_archive.html
Sunday, August 29, 2010. Conflict between people is a fact of life – and it’s not necessarily a bad thing. Conflicts occur at all levels of interaction – at work, among friends, within families and between relationship partners. When conflict occurs, the relationship may be weakened or strengthened. Whether a relationship is healthy or unhealthy depends not so much on the number of conflicts between participants, but on how the conflicts are resolved. Sunday, August 22, 2010. According to Warren Buffett,...

Kommunikation: Stuck In The Middle
http://love-crumpets.blogspot.com/2010/08/stuck-in-middle.html
Sunday, August 29, 2010. Stuck In The Middle. Katie and David were the best of friends. They shared many common interests and spent a lot of time with each other. Although Katie regarded their relationship as purely platonic, David developed romantic feelings for Katie after some time. This made Katie uncomfortable at first, but as David promised that this would not affect their friendship in any way, Katie agreed to put her concerns aside. Have done, if you were Katie, to minimize hurt for all parties?

http://elldeedee.blogspot.com/2010/09/peer-teaching-wiki.html
An alternate blog for serious and non-personal logs. Tuesday, September 14, 2010. We hope the peer teaching session last Monday proved to be helpful on the appreciation and use of wiki. Please kindly provide some feedback with regards to the session so that we can all learn and improve. Your comments are important to us. As the grouping is, there is coincidentally one wiki expert in each group. So use them wisely and treat them nicely. September 20, 2010 at 1:17 PM. All in all, I think it was a fantastic...

ES2007S: Professional Commmunication: Blog Post #6: Is this a waste of time?
http://changeisalwayconstant.blogspot.com/2010/11/blog-post-6-is-this-waste-of-time.html
Sunday, November 14, 2010. Blog Post #6: Is this a waste of time? As I sat down to write my reflection on the module ES2007S, the first question that came into my mind was how the module was relevant to me? No doubt the skills that we learnt are relevant. However, don’t all of you agree that the module may seem to facilitate us in transition to the corporate world (ie. interviews, proposals, presentations) rather than our intended future? Or was 13 weeks of class a waste of time? My answer is a firm no.

comm-uni-cation: Unresolved Conflict
http://nibirukyc.blogspot.com/2010/08/unresolved-conflict.html
Sunday, August 29, 2010. Last year, I was heading a committee to organise a one-day charity carnival and my close friend, Lynn was part of the committee. As the date of the event approached, Lynn was suddenly irresponsive and eventually stonewalled with the tasks assigned to her. In the end, the whole committee had to work extra hard to complete her task. Saying that she didn't want to talk about this and assuring me that it would never happen again. Resolution to this conflict:. Hi Yong Chean,. Well, no...
