Stay-At-Home Mum

Living the stay-at-home lifestyle. Wednesday, 3 November 2010. Oh for a simple life. I love the dailymash. And I found myself agreeing with much of the article below, about how we should send our kids back to the 1950's. Well, except for the bit about women not having opinions or jobs. And perhaps also the wearing of starched white pinafores.). Plus we're constantly soaking up all the radiation from our wireless networks, laptops and iphones, and that really can't be good. Stay-At-Home Mum: September 2009

http://stayathomemum-blog.blogspot.com/2009_09_01_archive.html

Living the stay-at-home lifestyle. Saturday, 26 September 2009. I need to change my life! Things I need to change:. 1 Go to bed at a decent hour. My best writing ideas might well happen at night, but it's leaving me tired and washed out the next day. My health is more important than my creativity, and it's not fair on B. if I'm grumpy/tired/irrational/ill as a result of all my late nights! 2 Eat more healthily. 3 Drink less tea! Oh my goodness this'll be hard! 4 Spend less time online. It's something I l...

Stay-At-Home Mum: December 2008

http://stayathomemum-blog.blogspot.com/2008_12_01_archive.html

Living the stay-at-home lifestyle. Monday, 15 December 2008. One thing I love about writing at different sites is that it gives me the freedom to write about many different things. Here on my blog. I (try to) keep my posts vaguely related to motherhood, being at home, and children (well, mainly my child. I enjoy reviewing things on Reviewstream. And I like to be imaginative with what I review and what I say. As well as doing some straight product reviews. Ginger, Yo Gabba Gabba. And a short story. Improv...

My lovely three and a half year-old will soon be starting "big" nursery school five mornings a week, so I'll have a little more time on my hands. I'm hoping to use this time to do more writing, some book-selling, studying, teaching and swimming! Early Pregnancy Symptoms - The First Month. How do dogs know when you're pregnant? Stay-At-Home Mum: Do you only have one child?

http://stayathomemum-blog.blogspot.com/2010/11/do-you-only-have-one-child.html

Living the stay-at-home lifestyle. Monday, 1 November 2010. Do you only have one child? The question sounds like a sad one. The inclusion of the word 'only' makes it sound as if my child is an unfortunate. Excluding the only would make it sound nicer, but most people wouldn't understand the distinction. Or maybe I'm just being over-sensitive. So I struggle with the best way to answer this question. I don't like to be rude, especially when it wasn't the intention of the person who asked it to offend us.
