I’m behind on getting my recap up, but here it is. Last week I ran my longest mileage ever in one day! Monday – Cross training day. I did Focus T25 Rip’t Circuit. Had a great total body workout! Tuesday – Early morning 4 miles. Wednesday – Ran 8 morning miles. Thursday- Focus T25 Stretch. Had a nice stretch workout! August 9, 2015.
