Staying Well after Depression. Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). You may be eligible for this trial if you:. Are between 18 and 70 years of age. Have been depressed three or more times over your live; twice in the past five years and at least once in the last two years. Are currently feeling well. Are able to complete questionnaires and tasks that require fluent written and spoken English, and have no visual/hearing impairments. The research trial is not suitable for you if:.
