Fortunately, I was able to sit down with her this morning and address those frustrations. SO HAPPY that we had this conversation! Wednesday, September 12, 2012. So August was my first course. The first class was a basic walk through. The second class we decorated a cake. And yes that is filled with chocolate. The cake it self was from a box, but the buttercream icing was made from scratch. The third class we learned how to top cupcakes and make flowers. These are Pom Pom Flowers. Tuesday, November 29, 2011. Thailand - So Far. Sorry it took so long to update. I was going through photos and dealing without internet. So after Kuala Lumpur we headed to Pattaya. On our second night in Pattaya there was some kind of festival. There were fireworks, flowers being send into the ocean and floating lanterns. It is hard to tell but that speck of light is a lantern. The sky was full of them. It was beautiful. Though we did enjoy the beach during the day. The kids like it a little more at night.

Sunday, November 4, 2012. Course 3 Finished and more. So I finished course 3 in September. Here is the rest of what I learned. I learned to make a Carnation and a Mum. I also learned to make a Daisy and leaves. We then learned how to put fondant on a cake. and made our final cake. During September and now October, I have had some more side projects. Thursday, July 28, 2011. The Countdown has Begun. So about three weeks ago, on Tuesday, I was eating lunch with some friends from church and one of these friends brought up an opportunity that I could not pass up. I wasn't sure if she was serious, but I talked to my family. By the next Tuesday it was confirmed that she and her husband was serious, so plans were put in to action.
