Thursday, April 5, 2012. A trip to Grandma Lemmon's. One of my all-time favorite places to visit is Grandma Lemmon's in Los Osos. I have so many great memories there and it is so fun having my children to make new memories there in some of my favorite places. My grandma was watching a little girl that week during her spring break so she brought over her huge horse. Nina was beyond delighted. Here we are at Montana de Oro playing with the rocks on the beach. Susie did not hesitate to join in the fun.

She does such a great job with these and they turn out so cute. She uses all different kinds of noodles.penne for the body, bow ties for the wings, macaroni for the halos and tiny noodles for the hair. Tuesday, March 27, 2012. One of my favorite things to do is go on a preschool field trip. We always get to go to the most fun places and they usually involve good food. This field trip was to the ice cream and candy store Dewar's. We got to go on a tour of the facility and most importantly we got to sample their candy and ice cream. Thursday, April 26, 2012. Round Table Pizza field trip. We took a fun field trip to Round Table Pizza with Nina's preschool class. The girl's got a behind the scenes peek on how they prep the food and actually got to help make some things as well. Here is Nina squishing some pizza dough. Nina got to help put pepperoni on one of the pizzas. She's an awesome kitchen helper. Here she is prepping potato wedges. The best part was enjoying all of their hard work. It sure was yummy! Having fun at the arcade.

Thanks for the Memories. Saturday, March 23, 2013. Easter sugar cookies. Evan was bored on Saturday and asked if we could make sugar cookies. When they were all baked, he invited everyone in to decorate the cookies. Everyone was able to make their own colored frosting. Later we found the Easter Bunny at our house.
