Steeplechase is a great place to live. Located in the Town of Westport, we're less than a 30 minute drive to either East Towne and West Towne malls in Madison. We're also an easy drive to the many surrounding small communities in rural Dane County. The Village of Waunakee is just minutes away where there is shopping, a variety of restaurants and schools. It's simple to get here. We're located north of Lake Mendota about a mile north of County Highway M and just outside Waunakee. See Google Maps.

The Steeplechase Condominium Association is managed by the residents, not a management company. Self-management reduces our overhead costs so we can keep our fees low and better respond to residents' and Association needs. We have 59 homes and a clubhouse.
