Vrijdag 4 januari 2008. Yes Berlin was great! Alexandra and two of her friends, Judith and Astrid, picked me up at the airport with the car. What a luxury for a student like me. :) The 31st I visited Berlin with Alex and Judith and we picked up the French guys (Privat and Guillaume). We did the touristic tour and it was beautiful yes, but especially very cold! So we went from coffee shop to coffee shop and chatted and gossiped a lot! Lausanne: Belgium for Easter!

Woensdag 9 april 2008. Well the title isn't exactly true but who cares. Belgium came to visit me here for the Easter holiday. First my dear friends Gert, Nick and Charlotte came and some days later my parents. Coincidence is that and the brother Michel and the sister Caroline were (are) also studying in Lausanne. So the family (Nick) Bila was well represented! I had a great time and it's clear that your old country and friends you will never forget! Gert with his 'normal' look. Me, Charlotte, Gert, Nick.

Zondag 28 oktober 2007. We went to Genève where it was extremely cold. Not the temperature was the problem but the wind was blowing and blowing. Yes this was the real Switzerland! So I'm hoping I can get some from the the Catalan friends to put them also on the blog! Victor promoting the 'L'! The watch is famous they told me. Zaterdag 20 oktober 2007. Zondag 23 maart 2008. Yes, finally I went skiing some times in Switzerland! The first semester I didn't go any time, the second semester I started well. The Rail&Ski of the Swiss Railways works really good and a one day ski trip is no problem here! Still didn't break anything, touch wood! Woensdag 12 maart 2008. Basque country to study? Vrijdag 23 november 2007. Belgium is in war, that's what some people think here! Belgium is a country of beer, chocolate and it's the capital of Brussels (the last one comes from an American, they are really well informed about the 'other' world! P) Well, if you hear the visions about other countries, it's not so bad after all. France: chauvinistic 100 percent. And vamos a la playa! Sverige (=Sweden): colder people and always blond.
