No Time For New Stuff!: December 2014
http://notimefornewstuff.blogspot.com/2014_12_01_archive.html
Wednesday, December 31, 2014. Out With the Old, In With the New.Year! While the world is out partying tonight, I will be home relaxing. Maybe even reflecting. With gratefulness in my heart I will be celebrating my singlehood tonight. I really do love my life and where God has me. I genuinely could not wish for anything more than what I have right now. I am content, yet expectant. Settled, yet ready for whatever adventure may lie ahead. Bring it, 2015. Posted by Miss Taken. Tuesday, December 30, 2014.

No Time For New Stuff!: The List
http://notimefornewstuff.blogspot.com/2015/02/this-list.html
Friday, February 6, 2015. On the back of my front door there is a dry erase board. And on that board I write my to-do lists. Currently, the board says:. My task, tomorrow, is to go through the entire bathroom and kitchen, and purge. Throw out any expired items or items I am not using. Organize spices, baking items and canned goods. Check the baskets of onions to toss out the ones with new growth. Wash and put dishes away. And if, IF, there is time, clean. I notice that my TVs are dusty, so I clean. Water...

No Time For New Stuff!: January 2015
http://notimefornewstuff.blogspot.com/2015_01_01_archive.html
Tuesday, January 27, 2015. My sister needed to fast for an insurance test offered through Walgreens this past weekend. She was so hungry that she needed to keep herself busy to try *not* thinking about food. She wasn't. Starving though. It's just that whole concept of being told that you can't do something so it becomes the only thing you want to do. It rules your thoughts and emotions out of nowhere. And to the point that even *doing* that thing isn't satisfactory. So why? Why are we programed like this?

No Time For New Stuff!: Shoe Nation
http://notimefornewstuff.blogspot.com/2015/01/shoe-nation.html
Wednesday, January 7, 2015. 8220;I really think guys only need two pairs of shoes. A nice pair of black shoes and a pair of Chuck Taylors.”. 8213; Mindy Kaling,. Is Everyone Hanging Out Without Me? It is humiliating and humbling to have an. Count of how many pairs of shoes I own. And the truth of the matter is that I just strolled through the clutter and counted what I could see. Odds are that there are a few more pairs hidden in boxes or even in bins out in the shed. Oh the humanity! I began this challe...

No Time For New Stuff!: February 2015
http://notimefornewstuff.blogspot.com/2015_02_01_archive.html
Monday, February 16, 2015. As for me and my challenge; it's going quite well! I find myself ready to purge more items than I'd imagined I would. Now the thought of 10 towels seems excessive. I have one person, me, and only one bathroom. All I need are a few towels for me and a guest. That's it. Time to purge! Yet I find myself waiting. Focusing on towels is an afterthought to the stacks of mess I still have. One thing at a time, Woman! And possibly toss on Bridget Jone's Diary. Now, Valentine's Day like ...

No Time For New Stuff!: S e l a h
http://notimefornewstuff.blogspot.com/2015/01/selah.html
Wednesday, January 21, 2015. God has created me to be a reflective person. I enjoy being up on stage in front of masses, yes. But on my down time, I like to be on my own. Or in the company of one or two good people. I thrive when I am able to reflect, write, and rest. 1 I never want to define myself in confining terms regarding this. I don't need them! Perhaps this will be the greatest thing I learn from this - what is actual need. Just because something is new does not mean I need it. I find now...Use I...

I love the smell of fresh air and clean laundry; cement just after the first drops of rain, and babies. I dress like a tomboy because I like being comfortable, but truth be told I would love more than anything to wear dresses and aprons all the time, like Donna Reed. The cat who actually.
