It also marks me being 15 weeks pregnant with our third little blessing. I have so many mixed feelings. I still can’t fathom that Stella isn’t actually here with me. My first born who I had so many hopes and dreams for isn’t actually here on earth anymore. It still blows my mind; I think it probably always will. I am who I am.
