Ok Think of someone you’ve been intimate with (years ago)… now try to picture details of their body. I tried this and I just couldn’t. Thank goodness because I don’t like to regret things but we’ve all been young and dumb. Anyway… about a year and a half ago I accidentally walked in on someone in the bathroom. Was going on. But what I do know is that I got an eye full. Can I picture that?

This is just a quick update of what’s on my mind. I wake up. the husband and baby are still sleeping. I tip toe around the house. I get in the car and leave. I have about a 30-45 minute commute. The first words out of my mouth are curse words… some of the worst! 8216;fucking idiot’ ‘jackass’ ‘what the fuck are you doing? Do you have this problem?

Step by Baby Step. Trying not to lose my sh*t . one step at a time. We are so fortunate to have a park about 5 blocks from us. It’s close enough to get home quickly but far enough for a decent outing. I thought I needed to get the baby out for some sun. I also thought I needed to get out of the house for my own sanity. BUT then I started thinking about the baby getting a sunburn, run over by a car, attacked by a dog, bit by mosquitoes, or screaming bloody murder the entire time. Here’s my self talk:.
