We are closing on December 2, and are so excited! I would really appreciate any help or tips anyone has to offer :) Seriously! Ever since my first visit to New Orleans (which was on Fat Tuesday 5 years ago. I have loved the culture, food and traditions of the south. So I thought, what a better way to liven up February that with a Mardi Gras party? Also, I thought it would be a fun way to introduce a less known holiday to those of us this side of the Mississippi.
