Saturday, January 30, 2010. So I haven't been updating lately like I should, I've decided to start blogging my weight loss more regularly. I think it helps me to stay motivated! He said I have came so far and I should be happy and realize my accomplishments. It really made me think, I have to learn to be happy with how far I have came. And to quit stressing over the wall that I have hit, I'm a fighter and I'm going to keep fighting! The more I lose the harder it gets, and the harder I'm going to fight!

Friday, May 1, 2009. I have been so waiting for this post! I would never have thought I could lose 100 lbs on my own without any surgeries! I owe a lot to my trainer Jason, he has helped me so much in this HUGE accomplishment. I Know I say it a lot, but I have never been the person to stick to any weight loss program. Friday, December 19, 2008. This week I lost 2.8lbs. I have about 7lbs to lose to reach my end of year goal. I have 12 more days to lose it and I am determined! It seems it is getting a little harder to lose weight. when I first started I was losing anywhere from 4 to 6lbs a week. I am there to lose weight and I am proud of myself. You are amazing steph! Friday, January 25, 2008. Ryan got an Ipod, here he is jumping with joy! This is the snow storm we woke up to. At about 1:00pm we decided to brave the storm and head. To Salt Lake to visit Nathans Side. This was the weather there, BLUE Sky's. When we got home Nathan pulled out the 4-wheelers to shovel the 2 feet of snow. I think the kids played on the 4-wheelers more than they played with their new toys. Later that night my family came over for dinner and more PRESENTS. My mom and dad.

Sunday, December 14, 2008. Today We had our family pictures taken. Of course it had to be freezing, the weather has been so warm the first few weeks of the month. Well not today! My cousin Kristin and her husband Caiser have a photography business. Caiser was the brave one to come and take our pictures in the frigid weather! I must say he did an awesome job! Thanks Kristin and Caiser for the awesome pictures and Caiser for freezing your butt off. We love you! Nathan's side of the family.
