Thursday, 31 January 2008. Here's hoping for a better week this week! Friday, 25 January 2008. Last night was weigh in night. I did well at the scales and lost another 2lbs. I usually try to treat myself after I weigh in because. It is my only opportunity. To splurge without really effecting my weight loss the next week. Well.I splurged. Last night all right! I decided I was going to have a whole pepperoni pizza even though what I really wanted was KFC. Sunday, 20 January 2008. Bar, and a mini ice cream.

Thursday, 10 April 2008. Tonight I weighed in at one pound below goal. I was so excited! It always surprises me when I stand on the scales and I have lost. Every week I feel like I haven't really changed and then I go stand on the scales and there it is.another pound or two! I guess I am living proof that if you follow the program for most of the days in a week, you will lose weight. My leader has asked me start helping out at my meeting starting next week. Saturday, 19 January 2008. The Wonders of Spin Class. Well I didn't do too bad this week. I actually managed to lose 2 pounds. I felt a little disappointed at that, but I shouldn't. It was just a lot less than the week before, but that is going to happen. I have been pretty good since Thursday. Night (weigh in day). I had a great day yesterday - making a veggie pasta for supper. Friday, 7 March 2008. I only have 1 pound left to lose and then I don't have to pay anymore! Lately I have been making the recipes from the Weight Watchers Magazines.
