We moved to Denver in March of 2008. Brent graduated with his Masters in Counseling from Denver Seminary in May of 2010. Monday, January 21, 2013. 6 months feels like a huge milestone! Lucy finally fits in the bath chair which I LOVE. Makes bath time so much easier. Ava is so helpful. This was her little sick face.not too bad. Her little "tent" for sleeping on the way to Texas. Already learning to defend herself from big sis. They love each other. Sunday, October 21, 2012. Lucy did not have a doctor's check up this month, but i weighted her at Ava's 2 years appointment. She is up to 11 pounds, with all her clothes on. Still little bitty and still absolutely precious. Lucy is sleeping 10 to 11 hours a night. She is waking up around 7 to 7:30am. Not too bad! She continues to eat about every three hours, and is eating about 6 times a day. She is smiling a lot and starting to talk to us more. Getting sleep on a sunny fall day. Ava loved the animals!

Saturday, July 21, 2012. Welcome to the world Lucy Kate! Lucy Kate Dixon was born on July 21, 2012 at 6:54pm. She weighted 6lbs 12oz and was 18 inches long. Lucy surprised us all by arriving 18 days early! I was definitely not expecting to have her come this early, but thankful the good Lord knew when she was coming and everything went so smoothly. Tuesday, December 25, 2012. We had a nice, quiet little Christmas this year. Christmas Eve we went to the Christmas Eve service at church and then came home and had pizza. Here are a few attempts at pictures for church. Ava wanted to sleep here Christmas Eve. Ava still does not fully understand what Christmas is all about, but she loved opening presents! We had a big breakfast that morning. Brent had to work in the afternoon/evening, but we had a great Christmas morning. Played in it all day.

Thursday, November 22, 2012. For Thanksgiving, we had some sweet friends over for food, football, and fun. We don't have a very big house, but we managed to six adults and six kids in for some good food. We have so much to be thankful for and good friends is at the top of the list!
