Enjoy our Blog everyone. We may be slackers when it comes to new posts, but hang in there. Friday, April 27, 2012. All you longtime blog followers might recognize this AWESOME getup from last summer. I know what you are thinking. It was so becoming that I just had to get in multiple sizes. Ha! We were hoping that her absolute HATE for sand would be resolved by wearing the water shoes. It worked! When she did need to urinate, she started the long trek back to Lodge by herself. (See the blue dot? Don't wor...

Enjoy our Blog everyone. We may be slackers when it comes to new posts, but hang in there. Tuesday, October 9, 2012. Our trip to Prince Edward Island was one we won't soon forget. It took over 10 minutes to cross the 8 mile long Confederation Bridge. Here is just a snapshot of what we did during our week on the island. This is post is heavy on the pictures and light on the ole words. I'm still incredibly sleep deprived from Nora's sleeping issues and I am not firing on all cylinders. Hold on to your hat,...

While in Tallahassee taking his 10 hr test, he swung by the Bass Pro Shop and couldn't resist buying some camo overalls for Nora. She wore them out to the farm with her matching hat that he couldn't resist on a previous trip to Orlando. (He also bought the baby some John Deere camo socks that I am supposed to put on her at some point.). Her favorite color is brown, so she was thrilled.

Enjoy our Blog everyone. We may be slackers when it comes to new posts, but hang in there. Monday, July 8, 2013. I've been meaning to do a blog about our recent trip to Canada. And Babymoon #2 was booked. 1) The Tea Room was closed until late June. 2) The trail would be covered in snow. 3) Did she need to give a 3rd reason? The water carv...

ANYTHING other than sitting in silence. Even using the bathroom is out of the question during naptime. Ugh. Anyways I was able to make the skirt pretty quickly once she went to bed last night and I was really looking forward to trying it on her this morning. Which brings us to Wednesday. Look at this hem line! Do you need a skirt too?

Enjoy our Blog everyone. We may be slackers when it comes to new posts, but hang in there. Wednesday, July 3, 2013. Here's a question for you: Would you rather experience giving birth OR potty training a child? Having said that, I can say that I have officially survived both and the feeling of accomplishment is just as great. Nora is 99% potty trained and it is awesome. We spent 5 days at home to get it done and then I rewarded her with a big surprise, going to the movie theater. It should be noted that ...

We've been busy with weddings, birthdays, camping, and a trip to Canada. People keep asking when I am going to make an announcement. Is that a leg or a third leg?
