Life at Reed Speed: Monkey Joe's
http://katrinareed.blogspot.com/2011/09/monkey-joes.html
Life at Reed Speed. Saturday, September 10, 2011. What kid doesn't love inflatables? So we joined the Perry's one day for a full day in Rivergate. We went to Monkey Joe's and the kids loved it. It was super clean. They have several Toddler only areas, big kid fun, food, games, and internet. It is really nice. I also noticed, when taking the kids to the bathroom, that kids with special needs get in FREE! Kaleigh was already free or half price, can't remember, but Kaleb will FREE next time too! Our Church - Crossbridge. Preschool at Home - Week 1 The Letter A. Fun Friday Song Day. A Late Birthday Post. Monday, August 22, 2011. Preschool at Home - Week 1 The Letter "A". Each day we review the letter and the ASL sign for that letter. I took sign language in high school so it's really fun getting to teach her. We also read poems or nursery rhymes, review our song of the week and a memory verse of the week. Here she is working hard. For our first week we learned all about the letter A. Poems/Rhymes...

The Herrold Collection: December 2014
http://herroldcollection.blogspot.com/2014_12_01_archive.html
Sunday, December 7, 2014. One of the challenges of parenthood in middle to upper class American is not raising spoiled kids. We have all of our basic needs of food, clothing, and shelter met. Most of us have our wants met as well. Daniel and I really struggle with this. Sure, we take away a phone here and there, but what really is the impact of that? Today an attitude of complaining reared its ugly head with one of my children. Her consequence? My prayer for my children is 1 Timothy 6:17-19:. Elves Shopp...

Friday, July 29, 2011. July 14th we hit the 32 week mark! He came in and told me it was a waste of time to do the blood work that was done last week and there was no need. I didn't see why; I was only being seen by them every 4 weeks so why not have a little more info in between? All and anything for my baby Caleb! No more late appointments (it was at 11am but not by my choice- it was all they had when we scheduled which is why we went ahead and scheduled all of my remaining appointments so I could get m...

Thursday, August 8, 2013. A Letter to Taylor Swift's Mom. Dear Taylor Swift's Mom:. My 3 girls and I went to see Taylor Swift in concert last night and I just want to say thanks! I'm thankful for her predictable songs. I don't have to worry about foul language, inappropriate content or rated R material. It's a bonus that I enjoy singing along in the car. I appreciate the fact that even at 22 years old you are traveling with her on tour. I love that you look like a Mom and dress like a Mom and not a R...

The Bergquist Family: Flashback!!! Porter Potty Training
http://natandaaronbergquist.blogspot.com/2013/01/flashback-porter-potty-training.html
Wednesday, January 9, 2013. Porter sitting on the potty with his Elmo potty book watching "Elmo's Potty Time" video when he was three. (7/25/11) He finally fully potty trained at age 3.5. Finally! Previously he could have, just didn't want to. Didn't have the desire. When Porter was two (2010) he would tell me when he had to go potty and was showing all of the signs of being ready. I think his mind was but his body wasn't. There was no bladder control. Potty training essentials: a potty (already have one...
