Isaac and Stephanie's Shenanigans. Thursday, July 12, 2012. We finally got new carpet! When I bought this house 5 years ago the upstairs carpet was already on it's last leg. We finally put new carpet in. So now we have a nice, soft place to walk. It was very flat carpet. There was no softness left to this carpet. We moved the bed a year and a half ago and you can still see the indentation from the risers. Isaac says you make carpet angels on new carpet, so here he is demonstrating. Monday, May 28, 2012.

Isaac and Stephanie's Shenanigans. Wednesday, May 4, 2011. We went to the DC National Zoo. It was so much fun. Our friend Mindy and her husband, Dickson, were in DC so we ventured up to visit with them. We enjoyed doing some sealings at the temple and then wandered around the zoo. The weather was beautiful, although a little humid especially for this time of year. Then we came across a couple of otters tumbling around in the water. It was entertaining to watch as they played. And playing with the cubs.

Isaac and Stephanie's Shenanigans. Sunday, September 4, 2011. An earthquake and a hurricane kinda week. This summer has gone by rather quickly. Isaac spent all of June and July studying for the bar exam. He took the exam the last week of July, yay! Later that night, after I finished all the work that comes along with well, working, I got on my computer for a few minutes and some one on facebook made a comment about "we just had an earthquake now we have to watch out for a hurricane." I thought, "What!

Barbara and the boys are in South Carolina and Brett, up until leaving for Thanksgiving, was in Georgia. Now he is serving in Korea for a year in the Air Force. Friday, November 27, 2009. Poros (On our Grecian Cruise). Swimming in the Mediterranean! In Athens the streets are marble! Famous Amphitheater.still used for concerts today (Sting). View of the Parthenon at night from our roof. The Parthenon from the roof garden of our hotel. The Olympic Stadium in Athens. The View off of Mars Hill where Paul preached to the Athenians. (bible Ref). It was so windy that we almost blew off the hilltop. Yay for the Parthenon! This was the most incredible stop on our journey!

Sunday, September 28, 2008. Nothing Exciting in September. Since school has started, my life has been consumed with all of the things that a school teacher is consumed with. Believe it or not, getting ready for parades with my band has been the ultimate challange. I can almost see the light at the end of the tunnel and then something else comes along. Fortunately for me, I have an out with Two Much Fun (the band I play with)! Marsha and Alan are amazing and I absolutely LOVE my time with them!
