Aloha Everyone. Yes I am writing from Hawaii of all places. As I write, I sit listening to the wonderous sound of ocean waves crashing on the beach and am enjoying an amazing sunset. I am so grateful I was given the opportunity to come to Hawaii and figured there is no time like the present as "things" with regards to my cancer, don't appear to be getting any better. Stephanie Niessner's Cancer Journey. It would never happen to me. Right? When you are young, 27 weeks pregnant, and have a 1 year old at home, you never think you might get diagnosed with Breast Cancer. However. I had to start chemotherapy. My not so short tale. Friday, January 4, 2013. Day 4 of eating like a caveman! This morning I jumped on the scale curious to see if I lost a pound yet. To my astonishment, Kevin and I have both lost 4lbs! However, my energy levels have been pretty low, but my crossfit trainer has told me to stick with it for a month and see where it takes you.
