About my Life in Cochlear Implant. Wednesday, 15 April 2015. Audiologist Test - Cochlear Implant. I was at Oxford Hospital. I have tested with a pure tone audiology. I passed normal hearing 0 to 20 dB. I did very well. I could hear phone ringing, doorbell, bu bird songs and leaves well. A hearing test's picture shows a series of tones of different frequencies as known as pitches. The ranges show mild, moderate, moderate, moderately-severe, severe and profound.
