After recording my daily activities yesterday, I found that I spend a significant amount of time plugged in to one social media or another. My day began when I woke up at 10:30 AM. I immediately checked Facebook on my phone for about 5 minutes, and then browsed Reddit’s phone app for another 25 minutes or so. Finally, at 11 AM, I got out of bed.
