It looks like the trade off worked out well for both men as the much-anticipated showdown between Bill O'Reilly and Stephen Colbert showed strong ratings for both cable TV programs last thursday. Fox News Channel's "The O'Reilly Factor," posted nearly 3 million veiwers several hours earlier at 8 pm. Interestingly enough, Colbert scored more viewers in the 25-54 demo, 929,000 to Factor's 746,000. Links to this post.
